Service and personal are excellent. The location is perfect if you want to move quickly around, it is very close to the center and very close to the S-bahn station. all reviews » Very Central. Location. The location was very convenient. Bathrooms really need renovation, to be at the same standard as the room, though the layout was excellent. We did not complain.That I had to go across the road with my luggage to the reception area. single rooms are too small. Mediocre facilities, indifferent breakfast (considering the kuechen quality in Germany). The rooms are very old. Very Very Very outdated decor. I was stuck in the 70s ;0(. Carpeted walls, 70's decor and plastic covering matresses. Air condition very poor. No tea or coffee making facilities. No fridge. Definately NOT 4 star!. They just stop the airconditional (as it is centeralized) when they want, without any question! When I called them that yellow water flow from the faucet, they told this is an old building and this is normal. Let it flow for 20 minutes and it will get cleaner! No airconditional in the restaurant. It was very hot!. you show nice room image, but they put guests in awful 100m away from hotel apartments next to bordelo!!!! sick!!!. Everything was bad.Rooms are too small with old furnitures,bad service,breakfast too expansive so I canceled it.
