This hotel is very modern and was recently built. It is close to a Subway station which made it easier to get around in the city. The staff was very friendly and even came to our room to help with Internet problems we were having. The breakfast was AWESOME! Many items to choose from the breakfast buffet bar...this is not typical in most German hotels, so my wife and I were very impressed! The Sauna and fitness room is fantastic and the service is top class. In the Sauna they put a jar of fresh lemon water and classes, fresh towels, a wonderful area to rest. We will certainly stay there again. The location near metro station and only few stops to city center. The surrounding area of the hotel is peaceful and safe. The breakfast is superb and the restaurant too very good. Room was spacious and bed comfy and wide. Staff nice and helpful, altough couple of times in the breakfast we were left unserved and we had to ask them to set the table. Very new, modern, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The shower was not separate from the rest of the room, but a part of the sleeping area. There is no coffee?tea making facilities. This is indeed a huge weakness. I need my cup of tea at night before going to sleep. This is a simple improvement the hotel can take into consideration as it is indeed a necessity. Instead of a tray that has a costly bottle of water, they could put up a small kettle. The Minibar is poorly stocked and could have a large variety of beverages to choose from. These are only suggestions to make this hotel even more awesome. The bathroom was a bit small and there was no shower curtain, so some of the water spilled onto the bayhroom floor while showering. Also wifi would be nice to have in rooms for free too. These are quite minor things though. No free in-room WIFI, there is cable internet access, but by today's standards such solution is anachronistic. no separate shower and shampoo. This should change when hotel is 4 star!. Nothing really to complain about. I enjoyed it all. High charges for wifi Internet. Overdone bacon for breakfast. The shower cubicles could do with a door on them as no matter how hard you try water still goes all over the floor, meaning you get out onto a wet floor/shower mat. not worth mentioning. There was no not water bottle to make tea or coffee in the room. Slightly far away for altstadt, but close subway location made this less of an issue. No free WiFi connection. Nothing. Nothing. The restaurant opens at 6pm and there is no regular restaurant near by. So if you arrive later, there's no chance to eat or you must go to city center. We are in transit but it was a very pleasant stop. No free internet and no coffee facility in the room. no wifi in room. rossti for breakfast a bit toooooo rubbery.... No internet in the rooms. other leisure facilities not comfortable.
