Five-minute wald from Donnersbergerbrücke of S-bahn and one minute-walk from Trappentreu str. of tram No. 18 and 19. Excellent location, and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Warm freindly atmosphere. beds. The hotel is about a 10 Euro cab to the center... but such a great deal for the price. The bar is 24 hours, the hotel parking is reasonably priced (9 Euro per day) and there's a wonderful brewery with excellent cheap food within 5 minutes walking. Rooms were clean and pleasent, though they lacked airflow. Small potatoes. Great deal.Good location ... Ocktoberfest!!. The convenience location. the decor is nice, staff were friendly enough. The rooms do not have telephones or refrigerators; a little inconvenient. It helps if you have a mobile phone. cannot get wirless internet in room without paying extra. te walk was a little farther from the HB than expected. the 2.3 km was accurate, but it was farther than I would have liked. no phones. No safe in the rooms, no kettle. There should be at least a safe inreception. And the fact that we had booked into city west but it wasn'tbuilt in time. there is no cabinet for my clothes!. Slightly further from centre than anticipated.was not able to check in until 3pm and there was no flexibility about this. The air con in our room wasn't working and it was very hot!. limited breakfast. small double rooms. we had an urgent msg left for us at the desk which we never recieved. this was quite upsetting. Breakfast was not served after 10:00 on Monday morning.Front desk staff, not that friendly. The other staff, housekeeping were very nice and efficient. The location only but the hotel 10/10 and the staff wanderfull but thelocation that I dont like. The lift was extremely slow, had to wait 10 minutes each time and no stairs to take. Limited facilities onsite and limited shops etc nearby.No phone in the hotel room, very small breakfast room. Lack of places in the room to put away our clothes. No plug in the sink.location - the hotel was about 3 x the distance from train station than advertised! (only about 1.5 to 2kms, but long in the heat with a heavy backpack when expecting only 500m). the shower is badly designed and wets the whole bathroom floor.
