Everything. It is almost new, nice, with clean rooms. Environment it green, park is close. Zoo is only 10 min walk away. U and S Bahn are 5 min away. It is near the centre. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Hostel has many places to hang out and it offers additinal activities for fun. Breakfast is rich, for all tastes. Parking and wifi is free. I love the interior design of the entire hostel. Breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly and helpful. Also it was surprisingly quiet during night hours. It takes 5 minutes to get to the underground and you can go anywhere from there.

They give the only one towel. It's not enough for a long staying. - public toilets not ok - bread roll to dry?!. I didnt find the shampoo and soup in the pathroom. Inspite they provide them then, but the told me it is not included. thats strange. Room could be hot. Smelly toilet. Bugs in room, if windows are opened. A little bit inconvenient to get to the main train station. You have to transfer. Bed were not made, extra cost for towels. Far from Munchen. No way to reach hotel without car/taxi. price - somehow higher than other hostels. 5 stations by metro from downtown. Hot drinking water is not available after the resturant is closed.The curtains in the rooms are not dark enough for little children, the doors are very strong to open - it was not possible for our children, there were many chewing gums on the floor, under the beds and in the boards. You had to pay for towels, rooms weren't cleaned so we had no toilet paper. A bit far from city centre (Marienplatz - about 6 stops), wifi available only at the reception. For couples at EUR 80 room you may get better hotels with double bed at similar rates. No air conditioning. The price is not lovely. Facilities too poor. Also only in the hall can one get the WIFI signal.

Guests need to be a member of the DJH/HI (Hostelling International). Membership cards can be purchased at reception on arrival. Annual membership costs for German guests are as follows: EUR 7 for guests up to the age of 26 EUR 22.50 for families or guests aged 27 and over. Membership fees for international guests (non-members): EUR 3.50 per person/night (max. 6 nights) EUR 18.00 for one year. Please note that there is no age limit at the hostel, but guests aged 27 and over pay a surcharge of EUR 4 per night. Guests arriving with children must inform the property in advance. Fees apply and vary depending on the children's age.
