I didn't expect such a good service and condition of the room. It's only 60 euro per night for a twin/triple room, so I give highest score on value for money. The breakfast is very tasty, and there is a decent amount of selections. The location is convenient. Only 5 minutes walking to main station. There are free drinking water in the lobby, and it saves some expenses on bottled water. Our stay at the hotel loccumer hof was excellent the staff were very nice and always happy to help with tickets, queries and local information. The family room we booked was great, plenty of room, excellent facilities and very clean.

We were given an upgrade to two of the themed rooms. They were spotlessly clean and could not be faulted in any way. Very friendly waiting staff.The ambience- the family's artistic flair was put to very good effect.Our room was exceptional, in comfort and design. Unfortunately we stayed only one night, and that was curtailed by a lengthy delay in our flight to Hannover, and so we were unable to use more of the hotel's facilities. The staff was very helpful and courteous, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and the beds were comfortable in a very clean room. Noisy street adjacent to the room. Double glazing was quite effective but next time you renovate try triple glazing. Breakfast is extra. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in my room when I arrived so theygave me another room but it was smaller and it had no bathtub but just ashower stall. The internet connection is free but very bad connection. even though the bed was comfy, the two singles should have been clipped together as they kept edging apart.no wi fi internet in the room. The single room was very standard without any trace of style that the double room displayed in the photos - but had all the expected facilities (phone, bathroom, wardrobe). Although without the discount, I feel would make the room I stayed in ridiculously overpriced.the pillows on the bed were too soft, so it felt like there wasn't any ... Tea and coffeefacilities in the room would have been good.Dining room did not open at night also there appeared to be no one tending the bar also. Unfortunatily "very noisy" because our room was faced the main street!!!.
