The hotel is newly built, the room was not huge but large enough to feel comfortable. I chose it also because the airport is sufficiently close to walk to it, although a just over 10 min walk might be too much in adverse weather conditions. From the airport there is also a local bus connection which can take you in the proximity of the hotel. From the airport, city center is reached in 25-30 min.

I would like to go to this hotel again. Always good to stay at a Motel One, same standards as others. Close to the airport, if you have to catch a flight in the next day is a very good choice. The hotel is clean and comfortable,and the feeling of the room is fresh. The receptionist is nice. The deceration is beautiful. The room was great, the staff were friendly and helpful and the parking very secure. Suited my needs down to the ground. Hotel was far away from centrum, and not easy to reach U-bahn / S-bahn, we was walking to Airport S-bahn Station. Otherwise nothing bad to say. The system was down when we arrived so we had to wait for half an hour to checkin, I think that was only bad luck as we never had this issue before with other hotels in the chain. If you had large/many luggage you might have to catch a bus or taxi to reach the airport. The location is a little bit far from S-bahn, but it's very convenient for those who drive there. Low availability of tables for the breakfast. Breakfast and parking are not included in the price. No phone in the room. Told coffee was available any time during the early morning. Not so. Not have a restaurent. Carpet floor. No dining facility Bar area very small. Air conditioning wasnt low enough. Why Wi-Fi does not work in Germany?. It's not so easy to go to the city center, you should take a bus first, then a metro. On weekends after midnight, you cannot find a bus to turn back to the hotel. After you reach to the bus station by metro, you should either get on a taxi which is not easy to find or you should directly go the airport by another metro and walk 10 minutes to the hotel. The bed matress was very bad, cheap quality. Staff very unfriendly. Lack of room service. Wanted to take breakfast at 9.45 am and staff told me it was not possible since it was to near to 10.00 am which shows a complete lack of customer quality service. Dont choose this hotel if you do not want terrible customer service. The service is bad, you MUST pay everything before you can get the key.
