The room situation was excellent.　Totally cleaned up everywhere. The swimmingpool and fitnessroom nearby was also enough for one's satisfaction.The instructor there (man and woman) were definitely kind. Very comfortable room, great breakfast selection, friendly staff, excellent range of equipment in the fitness room.Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and roomy. The location next to the lake is great!.

The Bar prices should be reviewed-slightly on the expensive side. The Bar menu could do with some additions particularly International snacks, etc.Being woken up at 8am by the cleaning staff entering our bedroom. Pool was too cold, also spa.I would prefer free wellness services (sauna, solarium) and internet. Restaurant staff. No subway station close to this hotel and only taxi or walk to go to the city center. breakfast:more fresh fruits. We chose this hotel because of its pool and gym facilities - we weren't told they were going to be closed the week we were there! The location wasn't fantastic for the city centre either. misleading on giving times for breakfast. implied it was the same every day but this meant being too late to have breakfast on Monday. You therefore lost money because of this!. My credit card was charged at arrival, whilst I had paid the complete amount of the stay at the reservation. (two month earlier). The staff could not handle this problem properly. That the amount reserved for the room was promised to be removedimmidiately after payment when in fact it was due for a week which meantI had to contact the hotel again although I had asked them to fix itright away. Some things (juices at breakfast) not replenished quickly enough. Would like some English Tea at breakfast. Pillows too soft. Breakfast did not live up to expectations but was reasonable. food was poor. Expensive parking costs. 1.Air condition in the room was not operating, the reception lady first made an attempt to puruade that it is operating (just we do not feel so, since it is not an "american ac"). After second attempt - the hotel provided fan to cope with 30 c temparature in the room. 2. Business center services are inadequate. 3.Swimming pool charge 5eur for use of sauna, towels not provided.
