The staff was very kind, she they waited for us and explained some tips and POI of Hamburg, very kind and helpfully staff. the room was good and clean, also comes with a kitchen. The hotel is not very far from downtown as you may think, just 10 min in S-Bahn (S1(airport-bahnhof) or S11), and something less than 10min on foot. The area was very quite, and close to public transport bus and train ( train was on the airport line).

Please note that reception closes at 18:00 from Mondays to Fridays. It closes at 10.00 on Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays.
