Even though we were late for our check in - we received a warm welcome. The room is very comfortable (especially the bed) and the added bonus of luxury toiletries. The breakfast was taken outside in a lovely garden and nothing was too much trouble. Wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night. -

The hostess was very gracious and accommodating. She was there when we needed her and yet granted us our privacy. She provided us with a lovely breakfast. Also, we appreciated the clean, modern bathroom and the quaint Bavarian appearance of the overall hotel. -

The dinners with fish were very good and it was arranged very nice.

Positive & helpfull attitude of receptionist (Annette Kurth) in booking me alternative dinner in the local village and knew how to handle a not entirely satisfied customer - turned it into a good experience -
