  Kolmenhof is a lovely facility run by a very nice couple. The setting is beautiful and we really enjoyed being out in the country. The family room was spacious by European standards, nicely appointed and with thoughtful touches; baby shampoo and tubby toys in the bath, children's books in the room, a playroom downstairs, fanciful wooden playthings... what people say » in the yard. My husband and I found chocolates on our pillows and the kids had packets of gummi bears. We only stayed one night as we were touring wi - The staff were extremely helpful at all times. The family room was ideal, with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was buffet style with good variety of rolls, ham, cheese and jams. A good choice of dishes on the menu in the evening. The entire establishment was kept really clean. A wonderful location for relaxing and also for touring the BlackForest region.
