  We had a nice night here before leaving for home after a 10 day trip in Germany. The hotel had a great bar (literally any alcohol, wine, beer we could think of) and the restaurant looked nice though we didn't eat in it. It is a hotel that largely seems to cater to business travelers (bar & restaurant prices are expensive), but they were very... what people say » hospitable to my family & young son. Just behind & to the left of the check in desk is a kids play area with blocks & puzzles :) The cri - This was our last night of vacation in Europe, and we wanted comfort, convenience (at the airport -- what could be better?!), and courtesy. Novotel exceeded our expectations, especially the helpful staff... they allowed early check-in, were instrumental in resolving a problem with returning our rental auto, made wonderful dishes in the restaurant, provided great room service, carried six heavy pieces of luggage, and assisted with a WiFi issue.   The hotel has a very bright but calming atmosphere. It is beautiful to see. The rooms are quiet and the beds very comfortable. Your staff is wonderful and the food was great too! We loved the location as it enabled us to visit your towm before heading back to Munch airport.
