Hotel was excellent, very clean and friendly, only slight down point wastraffic noise was loud even though on floor 14. would definately stayhere again. The bed, also the staff were amazing friendly and helpful!. Excellent service, comfort of hotel, value for money. staff are very cooperative. Everything except the fact that there was no double glazing and so there was some noise from the street below during the night, but this was not a huge inconvenience.

Goes from hot to cold to hot to cold during a shower ...While checking out in the morning, there were 6 people to help you check out but only one concierge. He was busy and although I was waiting none of the other staff members would help me even though no one was checking out at the time. The shower is poor , it does not fit well and the water direction tends to go more on the floor than in the bath, I do not like the access to the section of the hotel going under the road, it seems the decor is tired wheras on the recption side of the hotel is much nicer, I will have to review whether we stay at this hotel again.The internet service must be available for free in all rooms considering the tax rate. Very expensive accomodation for such small room.Very expensive breakfast [27 euro per person]. very old hotel with very small number of facilities. Reception stuff. the hotel was generally dated, it is in a rough area of Frankfurt, the porter would not leave the room without a tip, the room was the standard of an old travel inn, the shower went from freezing to burning hot, the shower head would not stay up right , I do not expect instant coffee in a room I pay $520 aus dollar a night.

The Signatures Veranda restaurant serves a great breakfast and excellent main meals, inspired by fresh, seasonal ingredients. It is open daily between 06:30 and 22:00. You can also experience the delicious brunch available here, which features oysters, quiche and many more tempting treats. During the week, Leon’s Italian restaurant is open between 12:00 and 15:00 and between 18:00 and 01:00. On Saturday it is only open in the evenings between 18:00 and 01:00. Apart from a wide range of drinks, the Daxx Mainhattan's bar also serves tasty snacks such as Caesar salads and club sandwiches. It is open between 10:00 and 02:00.

Please note that Wilhelm-Leuschner-Strasse is a one-way street. When coming from the “Hauptbahnhof” (Main Railway Station), turn left into Wilhelm-Leuschner-Strasse by driving around “Baseler Platz” square. The entrance to the underground garage of the hotel is on Wilhelm-Leuschner-Strasse.

If you are coming from Cologne, Wiesbaden or Mainz:
Take Autobahn A3 or A66 Autobahnkreuz Wiesbaden. Follow signs to Frankfurt and exit at Autobahnkreuz Frankfurt/West. Head towards Stadtmitte, drive past Messe and Hauptbahnhof until you reach Baseler Platz. Bear right, drive around Baseler Platz and turn into Wilhelm-Leuschner-Straße.

If you are coming from Gießen, Kassel or Hannover:
Take A5 until “Westkreuz Frankfurt”, proceed as above.

If you are coming from Munich, Würzburg or
Aschaffenburg: Follow the A3 until exit Frankfurt-Süd, turn off towards Stadtmitte along the Kennedyallee. Turn left into the Stresemannallee and cross the bridge “Friedensbrücke” and take the 2nd turn right to the hotel (sign “Stadtmitte”, Parkhaus).

If you are coming from Stuttgart, Karlsruhe or Darmstadt:
Follow A5 until “Westkreuz Frankfurt”, then proceed as above.
