Efficient, friendly staff. They allow you to choose the room design that you like. The rooms are fantastic!. Everything. The staff was great. Rooms clean. Location one half block from the tram to down town and railway station. A bakery was next door. a top quality supermarket 2 blocks away and many little take out eateries near. Price was great for Frankfurt. This hotel is a treasure.

By public transport:

- From the Hauptbahnhof (main railway station) take tram number 11 towards Fechenheim/Schießhüttenstraße until you reach Osthafenplatz (approx. 15-minute journey). From the tram stop you will be able to see the orange and blue façade of the hotel.

- Alternatively, you can take the U6 underground line as far as Ostbahnhof. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from here.
