Clean and extremely comfortable. Easy access to downtown via U Bahn. Very nice hotel all round. Very accessible all our needs. It felt very comfortable and friendly. The location, it was attached to the LTU arena.Cleanliness and amability of staff. Convienience to trade show arena. Easy of use and the assistances of the people.
all reviews » Immaculate and clean hotel.Stunning view in the football arena (the breakfast terrace opens in thestadium). The freshly sqeezed grapefruit juice at breakfast was great.Dinner in the restaurant was also cool, but you had to wait a bit. Thehotel is greatly located for Messe Dusseldorf (d Fair), it takes about 5minutes to be in the exhibition hall. Excellent location. Very good service in restaurant. Quality of staff. The hotel to be new, near the Messe are the biggest advantages.You can't get closer to the Messe Exhibition Centre!. Restaurant food was good.Good location for mass transit and fair grounds. Good pillows and shower water pressure. Great wait staff in the restuarant and lounge. They were very easy and interesting to talk to. It was next to the event center that was the only thing.The beds was nice. The pillows were way too thin.Air Conditioning was not turned on for the season yet and as such I found the room to be too warm, even with window open. we were not explained about the breakfast included in the price of the room. this is not anyones fault but it was not real clear about the price. The staff was excellent and professional. Will come back if the need arises.Hotel Restauran was good but pricey!. The position of the hotel means it takes about 15 minutes with an U-Bahn(kind of tram, half-way goes underground) to reach city center. Thehotel room does not have a warderobe. There's a set of shelves (but nodoor, so first thing you see when entering the room are your clothes)and a coat hanger, but not a real warderobe. As a solution, we wereprovided with one of those coathangers on wheels.Internet connection through TV very slow and got cut off twice. Enormous queues for checkout - this was predictable with Interpack starting at 10am so would be good to put more people on reception at this time. it not have fredige and cooler for the water and drinks in the rooms. The staff behind the reception was a little miserabe on checkout. 1. Internet from the room did not ever work and no other solution for reach to the internet was given therefore I was obliged to go to Old Town to enter to the internet. 2. Drinking water together with water heater and tea-nescafe-milk to be put into the rooms.Most of the restaurant was roped off to direct customers to enter at the till area which was OK but once there no one was greeting and seating customers, they were all concerned with collecting payments. Poor lighting in the room especially at the work station. Limited channels on the TV needs to be satilitte reception with more international channels. Room thermostat did not keep the room ambient temperture consistant. Limited space to hang and store clothing. No area provided for dirty clothes. No wash cloths provided by the hotel to bathe with. The beds need sheets to sleep under.The Airconditioning heating system made noise all night long and I will not stay there again. In addition the train from down town stops at 9PM so you have to take a cab at about $35USD. no local amenities in the area.The hotel charge me for bearkfast for 2 day and I did not attend and I informed during y my early Dept morining but no action. Reseptionservice.
