the people are very kind and helpful. Very clean, friendly staff, good service at breakfast. good location. It was close to the train station and quite easy to find. The rooms are clean and comfortable.the bed was very comfortable. there should be internet connection inside the rooms. It is not in the nicest area of the city, and it was quite noisy at night. all reviews »
room wqas too small. Tourist information was limited (what to do, etc) but not really an issue (we visited the tourist information office instead). the bathroom was tiny. The hotel is on a busy road with trams running past.yes,it was too overpriced. Bed is uncomfortable and there were bed bugs!. I did not like the lingering smell of smoke, in the room, bed sheets and corridors. The room did not smell fresh, so I had to leave the window open all night and suffered from severe traffic and loud talking outside. The hotel is located near by a bar, which produces a lot of noice. Even till late in the morning (5:30 am!!!). This was terrible we did not slept much.
