Loved this place and we had a wonderful time. We stayed in a suite and loved this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a wonderful hotel close to the Dom and shopping district. The place to park your car is located two blocks from the Pullman; cheap pricing. it was perfect. A great weekend away. Friendly, helpful staff and honoured my request for 2 rooms next door to each other.

The only very minor thing I would change/improve upon is the bathtub/shower configuration. To avoid the glass doors, you have to step out at an angle, which causes you to slip a bit in the tub. I quickly caught my balance a couple of times, but a more elderly person my have trouble and there is a potential for a fall. But this was only a very minor thing.Just the heat and it did take a little too long to get something sorted in my mums room but it was dealt with eventually. The breakfast was very expensive so we did not have breakfast there.Breakfast price is too expensive. Due to Carnival too much smoking people on the ground floor. Cigarettes smoke was feeling even in the room through conditioner. Parking good, but a little expensive for the weekend.Price during the Fair. Not being told about the referbishment work as this was my second stay. I had to ask for a receipt for the pre-paid room charges - this should be provided. not glamourous at all, just another hotel. The stop of the bath tube did not work, was though fixed the next day. funishing of the room could be better. - Breakfast is very expensive, Beds are old and middle of them concave, In the morning cleaning staff opened the door without knocking (every morning same staff.).

From the north:
- If you are coming from the north you will arrive at Friesenplatz via Venloer Wall.
