Overall this hotel was excellent in all aspects, I found the staff to be the best thing about the hotel. They were so friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome. This is my most favorite hotel I have stayed in for the reason of the staff and facilities. The hotel staff was very helpful in ensuring I had plans for the evenings and helped secure reservations whenever possible. They were kind and always smiling. The rooms were cozy and well decorated. The food was amazing.

Amazingly friendly and well trained personnel, lovely 42 inch telly... marvellous restaurant. A fantastic hotel - the view of the cathedral is just magnificent. Staff servce,location, and fascilities. They were the best. It is very excellent hotel and staff are very helpful. Excellent in all aspects. Hotel staff very committed. becuse is modern hotel and the stafe very nice. crew frendly. swimming. The closeness to the city and it's sites. Clean and quiest, good localisation.The swimming pool could stay open a bit longer, as it closes at 9 or 10pm depending on the day. I wish the beds came with more pillows. Why only two small ones? Try having a body pillow and three normal pillows with one on reserve in the closet.By checking in make sure that if you booked a room with a river view you get exactly that. Our room was changed without previous notification, but the hotel was very nice anyways. No chance to open the window in most rooms. i could not exitthe hotel on my rollerblades :-). I didn't particularly enjoy having to pay for parking one night. We didn't find out until we sent for our car and was told by the day doorman that we should park our car in front of the hotel. It was the night doorman that parked our car in the first place.Looks a bit old and shabby in the interior, also the rooms. There was a terrible smell in the loby all three days I stayed at thehotel like chinese food !. The pool was small .The amentities in thebathroom were very poor for a 5 star hotel. i like this hotel. it was expensive, but you pay for what you get. I made a change on my reservation, you did send me the new confirmation but the hotel didn't get the information. The "afternoon-time" at saterday-afternoon was not well prepared and proved a disappointment fot me and my wife.This hotel isn't really 5 star. Hotel need remodelling. TOTALLY OVERPRICED!.
