It's a very pleasant family style hotel. The hotel is very well kept, clean, with pleasant service. The breakfast was excellent and very substantial! Thank you for a simply lovely stay! all reviews » We have requested to having breakfast served half an hour earlier than normal time. It has been agreed by the staff. The 2 mornings we got our full breakfast on time. The advertised wi-fi Internet service could not be found in our room (Igather it varies from room); I would have liked a double bed for me andmy wife instead of two twins; the desk clerk kindly agreed to let usleave our luggage there after we checked out while we went to the Dom,but then could not be found when we came back, so we had to wait 1/2hour until she finished changing the sheets.No credit cards accepted. They are not accept credit card.If you want to clean your room, you have to leave the key. They do not have another key. There's no reception, a woman came out with pajama. No like hotel, more like domitory.Location - no elivator. No elevator.Attitude of staff unhelpful. Very basic breakfast, only served 0730 to 0830, no flexibility. No liquid soap avaliable.No lift as my room was on roof top and I have to carry my luggage up there.The hotel may be good for a very short stay of one night just to take rest and fresh up. But absoulutly not for a longer stay. No service staff: no restaurant, no bar, mini bar empty, tv does not work. Any kind of credit card was not able to use.The Room was generally shabby and the bedding of a poor quality. The Bathroom was a disgrace; there was a dribble of hot water into the sink, the toilet seat was broken, the shower was hanging free, there was no plug and the curtain looked as if it had never been cleaned. All in all fairly horrendous. I found accidently hotels beside it that were very good and confortable with a similar price. The bathroom... no comments. My room was all wet!!! They dont have a wireless internet as described in description. I'm really diaspointed. And breakfast was reallllllly poor. Facilities were not renovated and breakfast was poorly organized - the food plates were empty most of the time.Rooms have cold tiles on the floor (all over room, not only in the bathroom), no carpet. No hair dryer. No phone connection with the reception, no telephone line in a room at all! When the water'd stuck in a shower we had to solve it ourselves, not to run 4 stairs down to call someone. Staff would argue in a high voice when we said we wanted to find another hotel. Only cash accepted.
