We arrived 3 hours prior to check in time, yet as the Apartment was ready, we were allowed take up occupancy straight away.We had our own entrance to the swimming pool which we used every day. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly or helpful than they were. We were given assistance with our bags as there was no lift up to the Apartment. It was a very nice room, quite spacious. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Though we don't speak German, their English was so good that it was never a problem. I would highly recommend this hotel to others, especially because the location was also very good.
all reviews » The location was very central and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go during the weekend. There was a great choice of restaurants and bars in close distance of the holiday to choose from. Room was modern and comfortable without being bland in its decor. Our 2nd stay at Hotel Lyskirchen--this time we rented one of the apartments. The space was huge, clean and had everything we needed in the kitchenette including dish detergent and towels (absent from many other apart-hotels).The apartments were clean, spacious and in a great location next to hotel. The pool, sauna and gym were also great, highly recommended - great hotel at reasonable cost!. Very Friendly staff. Excellent room accomodations. Very modern, clean and up to date. For convenience would of like to eat at the hotel, but with the prices that high and with a family of 4 we had to find other alternatives. coffee/tea making facilities.Too expensive breakfast (I took it in the city), no hotel signs on neigboring streets (not easy to find), no free wifi internet in the hotel, the paid internet is too expensive 5EUR/30 min. not really. lack of bath and coffee and tea making facilities. everything was perfect.The noise of the nearby church bells early in the morning!!!!!. Bit noisey at night , windows could be better sound proofed. No tea and coffee facilities in room. bread rolls at breakfast could be fresher. could nt sleep well the first night because of bells sounds in neighbourhood. Matresses and pillows were enclosed in plastic covers which made them very uncomfortable - not what one expects in a 4-star hotel. Bar. I do not like the ' glass' in room showers which encroach on your privacy, when sharing a room. The bar could be a lot better. B'Fast was rather expensive. Soft mattresses. They did not clean the room the 2nd day. Breakfast seemed expensive. The hotel dosent have a speciallly space for smokers.
