The staff were very friendly and helpful. All spoke excellent English and went out of their way to meet our needs. The location is excellent; only 10 to 15 minutes walk to the centre of town and right next to the underground. very good position very welcoming and helpful staff excellent rooms. Clean room, no noise, very friendly personnel, middle of town. The hotel is clean and very comfortable with definite style.

Big clean room with tea/coffee making facilities. They took care of our preferences (asked for room in the back and bath). The rooms in the back were perfect and the nightclubs were not as noisy as others had said.The room was very big and comfortable. All the hotel staff members werevery kind and breakfast was very good. Staff is friendly, room very comfortable and clean. Nothing important. The bed was a double, but the matresses were two singles. Rest was perfect.There was no elevator on the levelfloor !!!!. Breakfast: to include a self service machine (cappuccino, hot milk, coffee, hot water) instead of serving coffee/tea on the table.there isn't an elevator. Next to the hotel happened to be many night clubs, so there was lot of people around the hotel and noisy.Parking. To far away from city center about 25 min walk, carpets are getting old, hard to find when checking out there was trouble with credit card machine ended by going to a bank to take out money on the credit card to pay.No bath, only a shower. There are some night clubs around hotel, so it is kinda noisy during the nite.
