  We loved the buffet breakfast - it was one of the best we have ever hadin europe. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was just across theroad from the railway station and tram stop.   First thing is staff. At the reception I met an english girl who was so friendly and helpful. Next day I met the owner of this hotel. Very very nice woman. If you need a taxi you can just call them and'll do it for you. In general - it's absolutely nice small hotel. All guests have their own keis not only from their rooms but from the hotel entran... what people say » ce door. That is very convenient (no stranges may get inside the hotel). There were all necessary kitchen staff in my room: toster, tea and coffe mach - We had accommodation in apartment room with kitchenette on the top floor. Nice outside view, absolutely clean, tv, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, all required tableware. Conviniently located. Short distance to old town, 10 min walking. 10 min walkind to airport tram nr.6 (stop gastfildstrasse). There are many grosery shops nearby, opened till 22:00, so there is no problems with making some food for breakfast. Small room, not luxury but very very cosy! We were happy with our stay.

  The bedroom was seperate to the lounge and kitchen area so the apartment was spacious. The kitchen was stocked well with utensils, crockery, cutlery, cups, and glasses. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The woman on reception spoke very good English and was very helpful and polite. There was a shopping complex just down the road with a supermar... what people say » ket (closed Sunday). - Staff was very helpful, going out of their way to help when needed. Iron and iron board were not in the apartment, but were promptly supplied. Kitchen had everything needed, fridge, electric cooker hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, juice extractor... Clean, ample towels, TV, Radio. Wi-Fi connection was good and cheap - €3 for 5 days

  Superb hotel. Very helpful staff. Location is also good - 15 minutes by tram to the oldtown. Highly recommended - The way the personnel behaved. They were very nice and helped us with a big problem (our car war broken into and our GPS stolen). They helped us find a place to fix our car.
