The proximity of the hotel to the main railway and tram services. Hotel happy to amend the initial booking and add a third bed in the room at late notice for a reasonable additional fee .The room allocated was spacious and accommodated the third bed with ease. great location, beautiful and clean rooms, fabulous breakfast, extraordinarily helpful and friendly staff. The bathroom taps were old. Most hotels today have single leaver water taps.the lift is quite noisy, so we can hear it from the room.
