  Perfect location with its own little eco town feel. Perfect for jumping onto the underground to central Berlin. Great, cheap little coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Apartment absolutely spotless and tastful decor through out. - The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast were great.   This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. The hotel is perfectly situated, only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds could be a softer though. The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent - we were only a 10 minute walk from the busy city centre but there was hardly any traffic around the hotel so the area was quiet. - Very easy to access the U-Bahn. It was very clear when we arrived, and we had been very surprised that we found there everything we needed (like all the stuff in the kitchen and bathroom). Rooms are very fancy decorated.   The assistance provided by Viktoria, who I presume is the manager, prior to arrival and on check in was very helpful. The apartment itself was in a great location, directly opposite Jannowitzbrücke station and less than 1km from Alexanderplatz.   My 2 sons and I really enjoyed this quaint hotel that is a hop and a skip from the Berlin zoo and the Zoo Station S-Bahn and U-Bahn. So much to see in the vicinity of the hotel, and everything else was an easy train ride to. We really loved the outside architecture (cool staircase) and then we always took the flights of stairs to the lobby level (... what people say » but there is an elevator), and then the spiral staircase up one flight. The rooms were clean and comfortable. . . and free wifi! Just down from ur Hot - The location is perfect if You want to shop around Kudam or visit this part of Berlin. And if You want to go east, metro station with direct connection to Warshauer strasse is just few meters. Staff is very helpfull, speaks well english + other languages. It can get hot in summer due to big windows, but the aircon works well. I would suggest takeing the little more expensive comfort room because standard one is very small (at least mine was).   The apartment was exactly as it was presented in the pictures and as was described by the owner. It was very clean and very quiet (it is located in a big street but doesn't overlook it). The location is perfect, the tram is 20m away and the Bahn station is 5 minutes walking distance, while at the same time you have countless small restaurants, bar... what people say » s and cafes right at your doorstep. The owner was very helpful, giving us instructions for everything we needed, from emailing transportation instruct - I'd say that everything is fine with this apartments (Karl Marx Allee 137). It's clean and quite cosy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and moreover there were some oil, tea bags, salt and sugar - it helps when you've just arrived :) Taxi driver lost in this district, he didn't know any word in English and Anne explained him by phone what's a place he needs to get to.   We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was to a high standard, clean, with a modern kitchen and spacious bathroom. We were met at the apartment by Stefan who was very helpful and friendly. There are supermarkets within a five minute walk, as is the underground station, five stops from Alexanderplatz. You are only a 10 minute walk from the busy ... what people say » bar area south of Frankfurter Allee. Would stay again! - This is an excellent place to stay in Berlin. It is honestly one of the best value places I have ever stayed in. I was late arriving at it was not a problem at all - the room is large, very clean and the bathroom and kitchen are great. I really cannot recommend staying here highly enough. I will definitely stay there again and have recommended it to friends and family.
