It was very clear when we arrived, and we had been very surprised that we found there everything we needed (like all the stuff in the kitchen and bathroom). Rooms are very fancy decorated. Very friendly staff, answered all our questions about the location and helped us find everything we need. Easy to get everywhere in the city by subway, the station is 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Good supermarket and restaurant are also very close.

  Location was great being close to the underground. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment and directions from airport. Apartment was clean, spacious and as described on the website. Friendly staff. We had a maintenance issue and the staff dealt with it promptly. These apartments are managed through the nearby Raja Jooseppi Cafe and, despite first appearances, this was in fact a lovely little cafe with very friendly staff and some of the best coffee in Berlin. The menu was limited but the food excellent.

  These are beautiful apartments with excellent and friendly staff. We had a 4-person room and had plenty of space. The pull-out couch was actually very comfortable. The accomodations are clean, new, and very well thought out. There is also a small restaurant in the lobby where seating is designed so that you can watch and talk to the chef as meals a... what people say » re prepared. Our teenagers really liked that. - 14 of us travelled to Moscow for the champions league final and arranged a stop over in Berlin.These apartments were modern, clean and all round fantastic and i'll definately use again when returning to Berlin. Breakfast facilities were good and the chef was very chatty and happy to let us try different dishes he was preparing for the day, reception staff also very friendly.

  Simply amazing, close to the U-Bahn, clean and nicely designedapartments, the area is full of nice bars, restaurants and nice shops .The service was amazing, we booked an apartment for 2 but after threedays the landlord asked us if we could move to a loft since there was aproblem with the plumbing (we didn't notice anything though ...) . Wemoved to... what people say » the loft which was absolutley amazing !!! - Very ample rooms. Conveniently located and not far from U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations. Good heating system, able to keep the apartment nicely warm in the Berlin winter. Clean and good looking.

  If you want a clean modern room on a budget it was very good although if you are looking for a social aspect wouldn't recommend. - Good location, walking distance to Alexanderplatz, Museum Insel, etc also U-Bahn station Bernauerstrasse.   This is a design hotel with many great amenities. We were in a junior suite, but really like the fact that both the shower and the toilet were in a separate cubicle from the rest of the bathroom. There is also a bar in the hotel, which is open till reasonably late and which serves great cocktails and also has a wonderful selection of high-quality ... what people say » drinks (German fruit brandies, whiskies etc.). The bed was also of good quality, and there was plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space as well. - I received a great welcome when I arrived and the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel has all the facilities I needed (in-room wifi, room service, taxi call service, etc) and met my expectations. The room was functional, but contemporary in design with a huge bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Conveniently located for Messe Berlin and very central for getting around.
