I loved the location, it was very close to the cool areas of berlin andyet quiet and safe. Also, the cleanliness was above par for a hostel.They computers where free also which was awesome. Also, I arrived quietlate and the girl said it was no problem and she waited for me to getthere before she left...which was awesome :). U inn is a great hotel in a very good location in Berlin! It is a new hotel, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly! It is also important to have free internet access and of course the room rate is amazing!!!.
all reviews » the spacious and clean room. the security system here is far more than a hostel should be. instead of private locker each person. The electronic door system prevent someone outside the hostel completely. perfect. Comfortable lounge with the possibility to use free internet, watch DVDs, or just chill out on the sofa and listen to music... Nice and friendly staff...How clean the hostel is. The staff were chill and there was Wifi in the rooms. Also the location is great. Walking distance to a lot of bars.nice staff. Very clean rooms, washrooms and showers. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. It was definitely good value for money.nice staff, clean, good location. Very new renovation, very clean and modern. Very kind staff. Possibility to come in and out at any time. No necessity to make any Jouth Hostels card. Near metro station and not far from S-Bahn station.Very quiet, good public transport, kind staff. Beds should be numbered so guests know exactly where they are supposed to be sleeping. One night I found someone sleeping on my bed and I had to find another bed... I heard the following morning that this person was a new arrival who had misunderstood which bed she was supposed to sleep on. I think this mishap would have been avoided had the beds been numbered. Noise of the neighbourhood outside (very early in morning at 7).the breakfast is too simple. The room I was sharing with 3 girls was completely disordered, underwear on the floor, also shoes and stuff like that.TV could be in room , but it was ok. the breakfast was cheap but very basic. Noisy rooms and the shower and toilets could have been better (more private), although they are not bad nor dirty. It's a good hostel if you're short budget.The cleaning lady knocked the door at 10.30am and although we were there, she opened the door with her key to take out the trash from the can!!! there's no cleaning at the room.The Telephone No of the Hotel Changed and we were not informed.
