Berlin was beautiful and the trip was made better by the super friendlyand helpful staff. I was able to shower and stow my luggage prior togetting into the room because I arrived a bit early, the hotel wasexcellent in terms of service, amenities, cleanliness. The room had alavazza espresso machine, convenient internet access (both wireless andethernet). It was close to the trains and bus. everythings , location, staff, i was realy very satisfy during my stay in it, and i want to make a special thanks for miss sozana from the reception with all our regards to her( seham, hessah, wasmiyah and mother) for her cooperation and kidness.

I had to pay for my stay on arrival and they also insisted on €100 deposit for the Mini Bar.The breakfast price is expensive. the room has not enogh air and light. No tea in the room only coffee. The breakfast was poor in the excecutive lounge. we missed a stereo in one of the rooms I booked. poor and small fitness area. We had free wi fi, but the internet service in the rooms was paid. (7 euros/1/2 hour). That's too much!. The only drawback which spoiled impression about the hotel was shortage of staff in the breakfast room: next to impossible to get attention. I trust it was an accident rather than a system. Lower prices in the bar and restaurant. No swimming pool at a 5* hotel?!. coffee machine not working well. only one thing: The bathroom lights were very strong and hot on the head, a dimmer would be good.the unavailability of the conceirge and poor informations about what to do in berlin. Well... Pillows were extremely soft. Even putting two three of them on top of other did not help. The corners of the bed were awkwardly sharp and pointy. We accidentally bumped them and hurt our legs in several occasions.No. The room without a view on the street is not at all good, we are nearlyin front of a wall, we change the room.uncomfortable pillows and definitely need to be changed. room a little small.
