Delicious breakfast! The best part of the hotel :) The language inside were only german and russian, but it was fine to comunicate. Clean bed and very nice place - next to the shops and metro station, you can also walk to the center! Polecam!. Staff was very kind & helpful Wifi worked well Location was close to Tegel & restaurants Room was clean Large windows. Almost everything, especially the staff. They are so friendly! In addition, the place is very safe and good for shopping.

The Breakfast was Good. Comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast. Free parking, and Wi-fi that worked fine. Although the decoration is old, it was clean, and super convenient for getting into Berlin from the South-West, and only 900 metres from the Deutsche Oper where I needed to be. U-Bahn at the end of the street. Could be transformed quite easily by the staff. Not so far from the Tegel Airport, Berlin Zoo and anyhting else in Charlottenburg. If you happen to have any command of Russian, all the personell speak it as a native language. Besides all are friendly and try their best to be friendly. Good location, price reasonable, U-bahn 200 m, bus to Tegel 200 m. The rooms are clean. It is all what you need if you only sleep there. The internet is good in the rooms to streetside, ask it if you arrive!. Near Wagner station that provides direct access to Schonefeld Aiprort.and other areas and stations. Breakfast was ok, was busy on the streets but not so hard to find car parking!. location of the hote in a nice and calm street. I just liked the breakfast of the hotel because it was a normal one like any other. Location and that it was clean. Not much. nothing. Room was very clean but smelled like smoke (in the carpets & walls I think). There were some problems with wi-fi sometimes. The first night in a small dark room in the courtyard. breakfast room was not sufficiently heated. everything was fine!. The WI-Fi is bad. I was in the second floor and I rarely had WI-FI. Room rather crowded! To get to the window to shut curtains etc, one had to scramble over the kingsize bed! No heating even though the beginning of November. Not very welcoming, felt cheap, which it was for a big city. If you want to see the most famous places in Berlin (except for maybe Berlin Zoo), they are all very far from the hotel. Unless you are good at using all kinds of Berlin public transportation, calling a taxi will make your stay mauch more expensive and that wouldn't make sense as hotels in the very center of Berlin are just 20 eur more expensive. The staff could smile... but if you know they all are from Russia you understand it. Hotel hidden in a dark area-Poor and dirty Entrance(Under construction)- Staff have poor English skills. Lady at reception didnt speak english and all the time spoke to me in germany (nice of her) but couldnt believe the lack of language! Room seen like from the 40s, old and very put of date! Carpet was very dirty and full of stains, toilet very small and also out of date!! I only needed to stay there for a few hours before catch my flight at Tegel, what is very close, but would not stay there for longer!!. room not very clean, dust everywhere and moquette a little bit dirty. Howevere it's a budget location and the value for money is pretty good. Wi-fi wasn't working. I hated the service because the receptionist could not speak english as a result of not understanding what I was saying. The location was not the best one for my own point of view, no internet at the time and the hotel claimed not to be responsible for that. It cost me not to book my flight in time and to check inn in time which made me to pay 170Euros for extra charges. I totally was not happy with the entire service to be honest. The noise kids next door made, the fact that internet was mostly unavailable and the fact that you had to pay before you even seen the room. That there was renovations going on of which we were not forewarned. the photograph at letsbookhotel.com has no resemblance to the real room. letsbookhotel.com should make sure that the hotel changes the photos. I booked two rooms. both were filthy, not renovated for a long time, stainy carpet, to open the window I had to step over the bed, staff was quite unfriedly. This was the worst hotel I had been in since my backpacker days. I will never go back there again. There are much better hotels in Berlin, maybe for 5 EUR more.
