Please note that a refundable safety deposit of EUR 250 is payable upon booking. Please note that this apartment is part of a quiet, family-friendly residential complex. Any activities, parties or events are inapplicable. Home Wilma will charge an extra EUR 25 for guests arriving after 22:00. Please note that parking on is not free of charge in Barnimstraße and Höchste Straße. Guests are kindly requested to inform the apartments of their estimated time of arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note there are elevators in every building but you have to walk up 20 stairs to reach the Hunger apartment and 15 stairs to reach apartments 6 or 10. Furthermore in apartment 6 the elevator goes to the 9th floor and the apartment is on the 8th floor. So you have to walk down one floor. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
