Everything; location, facilities, automation, friendlines and helpfulness of staff (they could all speak English), room decor, spacious cupboards, kitchenette, bathroom, especially the wellness shower, - everything was wonderful. Fantastic place to stay in a location that is outstanding - highly recommended, and if we visit Berlin again, this is where we would definitely stay. This is a wonderful apartment in an excellent neighborhood with manyfine restaurants and attractions. It is close to public transportationto/from all parts of berlin and definitely the place to stay in town ata good price. The apartment is well designed and very comfortable forextended stay, fully equiped with kitchen,utensels, a frig and evenwasher/dryer in the basement.

The room could have been cleaned during my weekend stay (or did I stay in bed too late?) - I didn't raise it as an issue so that was my problem. The TV could have had at least Skynews, but this is only knit picking of course. no bath, pleasant to soak in after day out. no a/c. room cleaning cursory.having to pay for breakfast. The hotel was far from the Mitte area and museums. We had to rent bikes in order to get around quickly- be prepared. The internet access was free but very spotty. Also, our room was not air conditioned, and I was not aware of this prior to booking. It was somewhat uncomfortable to sleep there at night.
