Upon arrival one of the rooms we booked was not ready, however we arivedaround noon, check in is normally not until 2:00. We left all ourluggage in the room that was ready and went out, when we arrived back,Dieter had put a bottle of wine on ice in the room that had not beenready. Deiter went out of his way to make certain that our stay was agood one, he is a wondeful assest to the hotel. The atmosphere is very pleasant; the rooms are big, well decorated and cosy; the staff takes care of all details and the hotel is very well placed just in the centre of Berlin. If I come back to Berlin we will for sure choose the same hotel.
all reviews » It was really in centre of the Berlin; Hotel itself was lovely with high ceilings (bathroom was small, but how much time you spend in there?) and it was not next to some busy street, so in the morning you could have a really peacful sleep :D. The staff went well beyond the call of duty to help me when I ran into problems in the city. I was overwhelmed by their friendliness and professionalism and their complete commitment to making sure my stay was as pleasant as possible.A really cosy, clean, comfortable hotel. Glad to see they were having a lift installed not that I needed one!. elevator. My room smelled a bit stale. Perhaps they need to clean the carpets more often?. nothing.
