The appart is in a block of flats,near innsbruck platz,far from the centre but very convenient.it is clean,you have all you need,at the ground floor there is a turkish supermarket.for people who want to stay several days in berlin it's very good value for money. Excellently located in a calm district of Berlin, very close to U-Bahn stations, famous shopping areas, misc historical places, cultural and nightlife venues. Spacious parking facilities, stable internet (both wireless and wired are available). Nice hosts.
all reviews » very nice flat, you have your own privacy, close to the center and all basic stuff you could need what you might forgot. there is Lidl close as well so you can go buy food and be back in ten minutes. Very good location, apartment was clean,very quiet and spacious. The owner was very friendly. This will be a selection also to my next visit to Berlin. I liked that there were grocery stores right next to the apartments. They also had a couple 24 hour stores for late night necessities. Good value,great location. Very good helpful staff. For gay people this apartment is within the gay area... The location was very good and the apartment was very clean. Very good value for money!. The window is big, so you can enjoy the view. The radiator works well, I felt warm enough. In the Kitchen, there are enough dishes you can use. The wifi is so speed and strong. And the supermarket is under the apartment. Last, the bahn station is near the apartment, you can get there in 10minutes by walk. We liked the position of the flat, and the price. The furniture is really simple but confortable and the flat is big enough to feel really at ease in two for more than one week!. The rooms were cosy and tidy, the area was pretty calm and I had a good sleep every night I stayed there. It met my expectations for the price. On main bus route to town. I found the address only when I put navigation through the maps from the link "how to get there" or however its called. And when I arrived it was told me its the second address, so it was really useless and time wasting. It is a little distance to the sights, but once you understand the metro system its fine. the bathroom was cleaned, but not checked throghout the day so it did often become dirty as all guests used it and the floor wasnt always cleaned. also the resident lady who was there to drop off keys spoke neither german or english well so communicating was very difficult. The showerhead was broken and water flow for shower was very unsatisfactory. No response from owner even after making a request for replacing the broken showerhead. There was no mircowave nor dishwasher as they claim. Actually it is not appartements - it is just single hostel bedrooms with shared shower for many people. Please put heavier curtains on the windows to shut out the light. Say where to pick up the keys of the apartment. No tin can opener in kitchen Hauptstrasse 113 apt 511. There is no reception desk, so you have to call before you arrive. I didn't have an active phone, so it's hard to find my room. But in front of the apartment, there is a public phone. And There is not washing machine. So it's hard to treat laundry. Opening the wardrobe we found a pell-mell rolled blancket or maybe a towel. The tiles behind the hob of the kitchen were dirty. A hair in the bathroom sink. Floors, sheets and towels clean. The staff was not speaking english, the wifi password was mistyped on the provided instruction. There was no room service during my stay at all. Terrible to find - address is High Street Berlin, there are 12 High Streets! The location on Google Maps is wrong, we thought it was near our conference, in fact it was not.There is no reception, the phone number was answer phone, when we found the place (3hours looking) we found a mobile number and started to make progress. Staff didnt underestand well english and deutsch also, both were wery poor. We only got one key per couple altough we asked additional set of keys several times. It was wery uncomfortable to combine our shedules. We stay there 5 days and it wasnt nice to waste hours in traffic to get key from eachother. No one was at the address we were goven so we had to walk around thr city for 2 hours trying to find where we check in, finally we found the apartment where the owner lives and were told to go back where we were first and she sent someone to check us in. No oven in kitchen, no curtains so got woken by the sun every morning, staff checking us in spoke no English, no flat screen tv and the tv that was there did not have an arial. no blinds in both rooms. The location of the hotel is way too confusing and to top it off there was no name board. This is the hotel at CourbiereStr. Please take note and have a name board!!. bed uncomfortable, many people for (1) bathroom and the room was very small. The room was cheap and plain to the point of sadness. No privacy as well because of paper-thin walls. When moving out early, I got no money back, even though they rented the room immediately. Berlin has better offers.
