Very convenient to most major attractions; easy walk to Checkpoint Charlie, Potsdamerplatz and underground. Big enough for a family with teenagers (2 bathrooms!). Good location for restaurants. Everything is within easy walking distance. Bike hire is only 400m up the road. Location - central. Very comfortable bed. Reasonably priced restaurants with good menu choices very close. 10 mins to U-bahn and 25 mins brisk walk to Brandenburg Gate. 5 mins to supermarket. Very good value for money. Very good reception service.

No iron!. - nothing, really. No Garage, but parking on the street possible. Terrible neighbourhood, scary building entrance, very dirty hallways, very very bad internet service. Awkward check-in - not very efficient reception procedure - took an extra hour of wating. Very noisy in the daytime due to continuous repair of building complex. Very sparse kitchen - no dishwasher. The internet connection don't works 9 times of 10...
