Location, friendly staff, free wi-fi. Central and lively location and availability of very good food and drink establishments in the immediate vicinity. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good sized room. We would quite happily stay here again.Comfortable hotel in a very good location for exploring Toulouse. Victor Hugo Parking nearby was convenient. Rooms are modest, but have everything one needs, e.g.: air-condition and WiFi. Friendly and for a hotel in a lower price range an incredibly proactive staff: plug replicators "appeared" after the first cleaning of the room, when they have seen that I have to pull-out the TV in order to use the computer; the bed was made the way I was using it; etc. It is such small things that make the difference.
