  The friendly staff who allowed us to leave 1 suitcase and a golf bag with them for a few days whilst we travelled "light" to the south of France and then returned to stay one last night in the hotel. Also Justine booked a taxi for us to go to airport and was able to give us quotes etc for the trip. She responded very quickly to emails about this ... what people say » and was a real asset to the hotel staff.. - very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, difficult to park - but we were there during main event. Very close to few good restaurants.

  Quiet surroundings, clean hotel, easy check-in machine (for those arriving outside reception working hours), nice continental breakfast (though my husband would have preferred to have some meat :)) - Typical 'no frills' budget motorway hotel. The small castle is pretty and our family room in the annexe was very large and modern. The swimming pool and table tennis were an added bonus as was the communal lounge/diner.   This is a dog friendly hotel - it was 5 euro each for our two corgis. The location was excellent-we could see the castle from our window (room 5) which is about a block away. An easy walk. The rooms across the hall have a view of the lake. The room was clean and very romantic (French country style). All the rooms have a different design. There is a hair dryer provided but if you need one bring your own since it doesn't g - Room was nice and had a view of the Castle. Staff was so so and only one individual spoke broken English.
