  Very friendly and helpful people. Perfect location, very close to the N10 (~500m), but even quite. Very nice studio, with good furniture & household appliances. Nothing's missing. Very clean, even the microwave oven was perfect ! Looking at the catastrophical reviews on the most hotels in Paris (almost no matter the price), I must say that this one was pleasure. Very friendly and warm staff, perfect location (35 minutes to Gare Montparnasse by rer). Wifi internet in room worked very nicely.
