Friendly and helpful staff. We had a suite, which was an upgrade but was truly spectacular. Really great location, one block to the Louvre. 1/2 block to the closest Metro. Would go back in a heartbeat. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the spa pool was brilliant. The hotel is very central to all the main tourist attractions and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants close by.

This was completely unjustified we did not do anything to deserve such treatment.Beakfast too low value for money - small room - so queues for free table, small selection of food for such a price 24 EUR.. Hotel spa has no dressing room at all - so the guest has to take siwm-suit and the bathrobe and go through the lobby full of people. At night the double doors from the bar to the courtyard are open and the piano played until 1am, making it impossible to get to sleep even with the bedroom windows shut!!!. requirement to reserve a deposit on your visa card at reception which was not handled discreetly by reception staff. our rooms were not ready for us when we arrived at 3 pm after having travelled for over 20 hours, we were exhausted, so i was truly annoyed. The rooms we were allocated were nothing like those that were described at the time of booking - the standard of 1 room was very poor, and the 2nd suite for 3 people only had 1 bed. Staff did change the 1st room after 1 night. We were on holiday but the hotel seemed to cater more for those on work conferences.
