What people say
Huge space with adequate facilities. Owner very reactive to issues and
pleasant to deal with. Warm, stylish, trendy and in a good location for
walking to Louvre (20 mins). Also restaurants around the area are good
and not tourist prices. A number of grocery stores nearby (inc one next
door) which is handy.

There is a mould problem in the bathroom but to the owners credit they
cleaned it immediately when notified. It appears the owner was in
holiday and the friend looking after the property didn't clean it
properly. Could do with a microwave and toaster. A number of lights and
bathroom fan didn't work.
We stayed in Richter Loft with two families with two young children. Therefore we used the kitchen more than normal. We missed some kitchen attributes. (coasters for pans, cheese slicer, bread knife and a scissor).
