Great place to stay staff really friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful room but no view which didnt matter to us as we were sightseeing most of the time. Bed was really comfortable. Close to most attractions and eating places. Close to metro. So lovely to be so close to the main attractions like Eiffel Tower;) close to restaurants;) hotel staff friendly and helpful;) great view of Eiffel Tower from our room;) and amazing shower;) got upgraded to a deluxe room;).
all reviews » One of the hôtels I havé stayed in. Staff are genuine and pleasant. Hôtel is clean and modern. Food is good and hôtel is well positioned in sight of the Eiffel Tour. It's àn all roûnd favourite!. I upgraded to a suite which was a very luxurious size and the washroom was an amazing size as well . The staff are very friendly and cooperative. the good service. pool and spa. The Eiffel tower view & how close it was to it. Very helpful concierge. Location and design. Location. Nothing. I had nô complaints, it was à relief to stay there are à numbers of disappointing hôtels. The standard rooms are very small especially when you are on a vacation. The suite which I upgraded to was on the rear of the hotel and the access is through the rear lift. The access is not always clean. On a Sunday we were not able to get a hot meal in our room at 9 pm...the in room dining was a little disappointing. The hotel overbooked do I was forced to stay in a basic room my first night which was extremely tiny. The next morning during breakfast the cheese on my plate was molded. The breakfast food was all terrible! The hotel as a whole was designed poorly and is for really small, short people. The staff tried tools things better but this was one of my worst stays. Rooms are tiny Spa area also small but pool and steam room itself nice. Very small rooms Very dark not enought light in the room. Room had a lingering vomit like smell coming from the bathroom. Bathroom very tired and stainmed finishes. No facilities for business travellers. Was advised when I booked room that there was a desk - it was so small that a laptop actually hang over the side of it so tyhat you could not type.Staff non responsive to requests to investigate smell. Wont be back. Very small rooms ((( the money were stoled from the bag in the room .... And the most fanest it was Russian roubles ... (30 000, not so much, but nevertheless ... ) ... And no regrets from the stuff ... No sorry on the depart ... I didn't like at all ... Don't recommend ...
