The hotel is very central. Next to the hotel there are two metro stations with three lines. The room and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast is not cheap. But the breakfast buffet is very rich and very good, so you should eat at the hotel. The reception staff are very kind and helpful. I recommend this hotel and if I will be again in Paris, I will stay again in this hotel. Johnatan, at reception, was very kind and helpful,with positive attitude,he arranged for us a late check out as my daughter needed to relax before living.

Not very freindly staff at the restaurant (we staid 10 minutes in the doorway of restaurant in hope that somebody will approach to us and after decided to look for the administrator by our selves. 3.No chance to dinner without preliminary booking (nobody warned about it). that's why we had to eat in Millenium hotel. 4. It is very stuffy in room, the window is blocked by a chain, the conditioner forces warm air. Too many US groups ... Touristy feel in the lobby. Not clean enough. The maid doesn't change linen everyday. Wifi speed is not so fast. I drink tea with milk, but the housecleaning service was unable/refused to provide extra when asked. Also room supplies were somewhat erratic!. The rooms are rather small and highly overpriced. Note on the location - it depends on where you want to be, but it is not close to Champs- Elysees or Eifel Tower. On one of the evenings the light went completely off on our entire floor and it took some time to fix it. Separate toilet in entrance area. No room for suitcases open. staff (especially in the lounge) not helpful or attentive personel (we wrote that we've come to celebrate anniversary - not even a mere congratulation! All food hotels have guest histories and attentive) not even a bottle of complimentary bottle of water in a superior room for 350 euro per night.
