The facilities were great and the staff was extremely helpful. We asked for restaurant suggestions and the man at the front desk asked several questions in order to find a restaurant that best fit our needs. It was also nice to go to a hotel where it was not a huge problem that we could not speak much (or any) French. The hotel is clean, convenient, and has an excellent location!. hotel was in a great location, staff were so nice, room was perfect, small but clean and quiet:) id stay again no hesitation.
all reviews » The location was convenient, it's just the right size. Not to big, butnot so small you feel like you have no privacy. It was very easy to find, very close to a metro station. The location was great - had a restaurant and a shop just next to it. And walking to the tower of Eiffel was just a piece of cake. RThe staff was great and as we were there only during the nights we did not need any special services. The street was quite noisy but after a busy day you hardly notice! We loved our stay!. Friendly staff, good location (close to metro), great restaurant nearby (10euro dinner which was delicious!), clean rooms/bathroom. its relative proximity to the major tourist attractions in Paris, e.g., Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Louvre Musuem; there is a metro station down the street; there are many restaurants to choose from within the area; the street is relatively quiet.central location and friendly staff. The staff was great. After I butchered French, they were more than happyto switch to English. One of the staff members even left the front deskand walked down the street with me to show me how to purchase a parkingticket. I stayed here at the beginning and end of my trip to France, andlooked forward to my second stay. Free wifi was straight forward, but alittle slow.It was econonomical, but completely satisfying. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was appointed very nicely. A metro station was very close by. Wireless Network very low, and bad reception in the 3rd floor. It's easy to improve this situation installing more wireless antennas in all floors. The rooms are too little, but they are perfect for one night. Breakfast is pathetic. Elevator is only good for 1 person with a stroller bag (even just a small one). A couple with bags cannot fit!. the heating is not very easily adjustable, and the room is a little bit too small.Very noisy if the room is located towrd the street. We ran out of hot water after just one shower.The space move around in the room is extermely limited, but if you have limited luggage and you don't have to stay around too long in the room, it is acceptable. Room so slightly small.we think a kettle and cups for tea/ coffee in room would make a big difference. for this reason alone I would not book the nouvel hotel again. Poorly sound-proved walls and windows (noise pollution from neighbours and street); price-performance (in some extent shabby, hotel is equivalent to a hostel, max. 1 star hotel in Germany);. The room was not clean. There was blood on the bed linen. The bathroom was also filthy. I cleaned the bathroom myself as I did not want to make a fuss. The free wifi internet service was unreliable. I would have been happy to pay for reliable internet access at the hotel. the room is very very small.
