Ideally located to explore Paris both on foot and metro. High emphasis on cleanliness and customer service. Breakfast good value if included in overall price,otherwise many brasseries nearby. I visit Paris regularly and would definitely return to this hotel. The location was superb. Close to the metro stop, shopping, and tourist attractions. Felt safe in the neighborhood. The room was cute, clean, and had a deep bathtub - perfect for relaxing after all day of walking.

This created an initial problem for us as there is another Hotel St Honore at 85 rue St Honore ( the Louvre one is at 141).No kettle in the room. Really hot during night. Hotel has 5 floor but sometime the lift does not work. 1. day there was a engineering work so lot of noise during 1-2 hours.I needed a kettle or microwave for heating up my baby's food but they didn't have any. The lift was too small for a pushchair, but that might be rectified once the building work is finished. but I can't understand that there is no free access to internet, as usual in less expensive hotels today.Very small elevator. rooms too hot. The only negative was that the front desk worker when we checked in wasa bit rude and also when we asked for recommendations for arearestaurants he had no suggestions. poor facilities, very poor breakfast. Desk and chairs not well suited to work at for prolonged period. Especially chairs are quite uncomfortable. The lift need a serious refresh and maintenance. Corridor at room floor very small (5mt x 1 mt) and dark. Renovation of room sometimes partial. Not the feeling that you are entering a new furnished room. Not really keeping the same style in hotel entrance hall and in bedroom.The elevator is tiny (one person with a suitcase or two people without any luggage at most). The building works but the hotel should be lovely when they are complete.
