The decor was amazing and very contempory art designed rooms and hotel. The staff always went out of their way for things they didn't need to go out of their way for The complimentary Madeleines and fruits in the room upon arrival added that little extra touch of class and gratitude. Again the staff were very respectful and was probably the best hospitality I've ever received and I've stayed in hotels all over the world. all reviews » Well everything was great the moment we did arrive to the hotel, reception room is specious clean large with touch of the french decor,bed quality and pillows are great, bath room and specious with excellent towels. restaurants also very good especially the breakfast was rich,even the price is high but is good. In the class of high grade hotels, Monceau Raffles, Paris, is one of the best from our experience. The room design was both spectacular and supremely comfortable, the staff, the spa, the meals, all of the highest quality. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was very well presented and was very comfortable. The Michelin star rated restaurant was superb and the waiters were expertly aware of their product. Jose at the concierge he was fab and Aly the breakfast Chef both lovely people and made Emily's first stay in Paris memorable thank you both. Efficient and friendly staff, particulalrly the concierge team, location, general feel of the hotel. I liked a lot of thing in the hotel it's very hard to chose one but I'd say the spa. Or some reason the second night was more expensive than the first. Why? I don't remember being told that. Very annoying. Nothing. technical problems with lighting. Design failures - form over function. Location was not the Champs Elysees, as had been advertised. Bits of the spa were falling-apart -- needs lights replacing around the pool. Overall, it was only just 5-star, but had a luxury 5-star price. The hotel was decorated to impress the Guests but not to be comfortable!!.
