All (amazing location- end of Faubourg St Honoré, near Champs-Elysées), staff, design, smell,...). The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and verycomfortable and the amenities are really well thought out. It is in agood area. And above all else it is quiet!. The interiors, nicely done. carpet white and black; white a bit grey. The staff, not overly friendly. The area is also not as nice as I.E.Madeleine.
