1. We've got a room on the last floor with a Patio :-) So great! Very romantic!!! 2. Clean, and nice bed. There was a desk in the room. Not a too small Parisian room. 3. Just around the corner each restaurant is nice for a dinner. If you want you can have non-French meal as well. About 50-60 EUR for 2 with wine. 4. Walking distance to both directions of Montmartre (15 min) and Southern attractions (25 min): Opera, Concorde, Louvre et al.

But hey who cares for the trains, you can walk around until you reach at eiffel tower. Isnt it amazing? The reception on duty were very accomodating esp the guy, i forget the name "sorry" who always has a smile whenever we ask a hot water everytime we arrive late in the evening. Everything! I really can't fault this hotel. It was clean, our room was spacious, it was really central and at a really good price, the staff were pleasant and basically it had everything we needed. I would most definitely stay here again. The staff were excellent. The main receptionist was very friendly and helpful.They were also fantastic with small children and also very helpful with information/directions. Coffee was divine! Would definately stay here again. The hotel staff were super friendly and the hotel itself was lovely and clean. The room was lovely and clean and the bathroom was spotless :) I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Paris again in the future. The hotel was clean, the bathroom adequate-plus, the staff nice (especially the men.) the location was great, although 2 of the nights we were there - with our grand-daughter - there was a very loud man outside at 5am. Stuff was very friendly. As long as you at least try to speak french everybody is very helpful. The hotel is very central and one is able to walk to most of the attractions. Location. The location is good... about 200m from Metro 'Grand Boulevard' - take exit 3. Wifi worked well, though you need separate codes for each device. Good location but i suggest the opera area. in city center. 1. I'm not from overseas, but it's a real struggle in Paris in the middle of August without air-conditioner. 2. PARKING! Nobody at reception knew where to park a car, how much it is, what are the rules of parking in Paris and so on... 38 EUR per 24h at Bourse underground parking; 14 EUR per night from 21:00 till 07:00. In the street Sunday parking is free of charge. The only thing I didn't like was that the staff insist on taking your key off you every time you leave, I guess so you don't lose it. However when you ask for it back they don't usually ask any security questions so I didn't feel it was all that safe. But it was fine, nothing was taken from our room so I didn't need to worry. Nothing. The beds were very ordinary. Cheap, hard mattresses. We put the bedsreads under the sheets for extra support and that helped. But for that reason we wouldn't stay there again. Dusty floor in the hall. Creaky floor in (first) room. Small. Larger room was much better. Nothing in particular. Well, maybe the elevator was a bit scary :). The price but then again this is Paris. Accommodation is expensive. Although the room was clean the toilet itself was not that clean. Toilet was down the hall. If they can manage a shower in your room, why not a toilet too??. have shower in my double room but toilet is shared with other rooms. Street noise on Saturday night. Noise outside, not the fault of anyone at Vivienne. Bathroom was a bit industrial and didn't have proper shower head. my room's next door is a public toilet, very noisy in the morning. small rooms, but this is expected for the location and price. They need to have a minibar in the room. Bed mattress like most hotels a bit basic. Nothing. toilet not in room, but close. No particular dislikes. Parisiennes. The toilet is communal! And no wash basin in the toilet!!!! I stayed on a Saturday night, with the room facing the street. Though the street is a side street and quiet in terms of traffic... there was constant noise and yelling until 6am. Bed very uncomfortable and had people in our room, then they put us in very same room without getting it cleaned, bed had obviously been sat on. No air conditioner! It was 92 degrees and having a floor fan is just not good enough. no air conditioner and the bath room is too small. Room is very small. no airconditioner in summer it was horrible. room is so small. toilet public. the female staff in the morning was not polite. while the male staff was nice. cost so much. with this price, I'd prefer choosing a 3 star hotel with airconditioner in the 15th. zone. This hotel is a fraud. The room we got was completely different from the one shown on the letsbookhotel.com site. The one shown on the site was large and romantic. The one we got was like a small jail room. I had to pay the full amount even though the hotel clerk, which was a summer student, understood our problem. A total, total fraud. Receptionist on arrival very unfriendly. A smile and welcome would of been nice. Room unbearably hot/stuffy-full sun. Room in need of general maintenance.
