The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The hotel is clean, stylish, and could not be in a better location. My room was Clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything I needed. VERY short walk to the Metro, restaurants, shopping, and Notre Dame & Centre Pompidou. You cannot go wrong with a booking at the Hotel Duo. My room was immaculate. Fabulous facilities, helpful staff, comfortable beds, great cosmetics supplied. Free WIFI throughout hotel. Location was fantastic for sight seeing and restsurants and access to metro. Very central.

Had a great stay at Hotel Duo...loved the location and proximity to many restaurants and shops...very fun and charming area. Very easy to get to the Metro for various sites around Paris. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location/neighborhood for exploring Paris. The room was just a bit roomier than you would expect for a Paris hotel and had a nice bathroom. When we arrived we were greeted by Fifthe who provided excellent customer service and made checking in fun. The lobby was very relaxing. Perfect location, close to lots of bars and restaurants. Location and rooms. Bar and dining area very 'designer chic'. Hotel looks like it used to be a typical Parisian flea-pit hotel and has been transformed into a minimalist, boutique hotel. Quiet i.e. well soundproofed rooms. Central location, and given that Parisian hotels are always expensive, relatively good value. modern décor and location. location,. location. nothing. Expensive but I expected that in Paris, no different from any other hotel there. Room pretty small, but ok. Toilet was separate to bathroom (which is good) but no washbasin (and was on opposite side of room to bathroom)- a minor point which was quite manageable. An ala carte breakfast menu would be a good additional offering for this hotel in order to accommodate different guest needs. Their two package breakfast selections were too restive for my liking. The bathrooms need a fan in them because the condensation from the water makes the entire place wet and stale. the lift is not in service many times. It's time for the management to invest in it, especially as it's the ONLY lift on the premises. The staff was not impressively friendly, they were correct and polite but nothing more. The security for rooms keys at the front desk were very lax as were the security for storage of luggage. my towel heater didn't work. A bit small for the money. The bathtub was difficult to get in and out of and would definitely be risky for older or otherwise compromised individuals.No shower. Quite expensive for what you get but I guess that's Paris!. Pricey, but this is normal for Paris hotels. my room was a standard single and pretty small, i.e. 2 sqm for bathroom and 9sqm for the bedroom. Nothing. Nothing!. Small room. Nothing not to like. Height of tub and no shower mat. the air conditioning didn't work. Elevator is too tiny. Very small room; air con not working/ not controllable; no coffee making facility in room; no room service. I am now disputing regarding the bill which wasn't resolved yet. Response from the staff is not very attentive. Therefore my comment is not positive. small room , dirty curtains ( very dusty ) , getting tired. tired looking,needs renovation and sprucing up , price not justified. Does not even compare to , for example The Citizen M hotel in London. Rude staff. it was under construction, the room was too small, dust from the construction was everywhere, not healthy at all, all the corridors covered with nylon definitely not wort what I paid.
