- no TNT channel available, just the 5 national'. furniture, elevator light on corridor walls are all neglected. Room was too smalll. Noise from the street. Towels and soap-bars were changed daily, I think it's a little bit wasteful.Redecoration of rooms is necessary. Air conditioned did not work,bank deposit for first night(it was not mentioned in hotel offer).room not ready at 14.30. It was pity that the keysystem was not good.Bathroom and bowl (broke ). door and window ,shower fittings broken. safe wouldnt lock and not fixed on request,breafast could be improved. not many facilities, like they don't even supply a toothpaste. Broken shower, only get wifi free for 45 minutes then very expensive (20 eur per day). air condition in the room was broken. Rooms a bit small - only one chair for rooms with double occupancy. Room was too small. Breakfast not included in rate. Whether the "art deco" styling is a charming feature or a sign of neglect would be a matter of opinion. Might be worth a few extra euros to find somewhere a bit better. Cleanliness not quite up to scratch either, but then you get what you pay for...Rooms need to be renovated. A little expensive for the comforts that provided. staff were really very rude! quite unhelpful. Room locks did not work during stay - staff had to accompany us each time went to room -with no explanation. Staff had no interest in helping with local info or indeed with anything. All very grumpy and several were quite vocally rude. Really amazed at their attitude.the internet connection was not free, though the web site says as free.
(after getting some free connection cards, hotel staff required the additional costs to me unexpectedly.). Please exchange the WINDOWS!!!! Everythings what is happend on the street IT IS - happend in your room !!!. Smelly and dirty room....FILTHY Disgusting bathroom with cracked anddirty tiles, cracked sink, noisy, curtains that did notfit/close.....how this rates as 3 stars is absolutely beyond mycomprehension....only there for 2 nights and out most of the time so notreally worth complaining but no way will I go to there again.

The Hôtel de Lausanne's Art Deco reception has 3 glass walls and trompe-l’oeil paintings. There are also 2 Fleur de Lys glass windows on each floor and stairs carpeted in the Haussmann style popular with the Parisian middle classes.

It is also a district of businesses, with the Stock Exchange 5 minutes away, the auctions in Drouot and the banks towards Opéra.
A 5-10 minute walk from the hotel can bring you within typical environments of Paris. You will find the covered galleries of Panorama, Verdeau, Jouffroy, plus multitudes of small shops. The market of Montorgueil is frequently attended by Parisians. Visit the Garnier Opera, and Napoleon III and Haussmann department stores.

Most of the rooms have wooden floors and all double rooms can be used for single occupancy.
There are 4 rooms overlooking the Butte Montmartre and Sacré-Coeur Basilica. They are available upon request only.
Rooms have a classic, 1970’s or a contemporary style. Classic rooms come with Liberty prints and a mural with Provencal-style or themed fabrics. The 1970s-style rooms are decorated with furnishings reminiscent of that era. Contemporary rooms have flat-screen TVs and original Le Baiser seats.

Grand Boulevards stop is 100 metres away, with line 20 arriving from Gare de Lyon. Line 48 carries you towards Montparnasse and Saint Germain des Près. Line 39 goes to Gare de l'Est.
