We arrived back in Paris after a long day the staff were efficient and friendly, we ere given an upgrade to a lovely room with a sofa and a late check out. Initially we only booked for 1 night the next morning we changed the booking adding another night. A very enjoyable stay in a great location. Location! We took Bus 48 from Gare du Nord and alighted at the bus stop just in front of the hotel. Staff were helpful. My cousin was getting sick during our trip and they showed us the way to the nearest medical centre.
all reviews » The rooms have very good ventillation, have both heater and air-conditioning, which is really good. Clean and new. Location of hotel is great, 15-20 mins walk to Gallery Lafayette, plenty of restaurants nearby. The restaurants downstairs is just horrible with very unfriendly stuff. It was quite dusty in the room even after housekeeping. The rooms were not cleaned as often as we expected and were cleaned late in the day. Small size rooms. to reconnect to wi fi every time you leave and enter your room. wifi too cumbersome with daily change password. had to change rooms because wifi reception bad. The walk to the room, is rather inconvenient, having to take a lift to level 1H, walk down the hallway, up and down the stairs to the room at the back of the building. Pls look into having a service lift at the back of the building, but i think is rather hard to come by. Small room. Can hear everything people walking down the hallway etc wafer thin walls. Very expensive breakfast 18 euros a night better of eating breakfast out. Breakfast poor service you need to lable the food eg scrambled eggs ,type of sausages etc and replace food that is finished quicker. it was not worth the price. paid wifi. The practic to block the card of a client before entering not according with the rules of Booking. com.
