Excellent location to Ile de la Cite and Ile St.Louie. Within walking distance (long walk) to Lourve and Dorsey. Excellent restaurants near by. Its close proximity to metro station, many restaurants in the vacinity, the diligence of staff, cleaning room, security of keys etc. The staff were very helpful and always ensured all our needs were met. cleanliness, staff hospitality.

Not major but double bed sheets/blankets used on single bed. For the price, couldn't ask for more.They ordered a taxi transfer to airport which we assumed would cost the same as trip from the airport but it was double the money so I wonder about the company chosen. If I had to say one thing then the only thing I would say is that the rooms are very small for the price you pay but I think that is a reflection on most of Paris. I would have also liked tea making facilities.I did not like the very narrow spaces in the room and bathroom and the room was not very silent.The window of the room was toward an ugly yard.The TV set was too small and put very high on the wall. Our room the first night was excellent. The next two nights we changed to another room which smelled heavily of (old) cigarette smoke. We booked a non-smoking room, but were advised there were no designated non-smoking rooms at the hotel. With a better policy for non smokers and more regular cleaning of air conditioning filters, we would be back for our next stay.Wifi didn't always work and was extremely slow. noisy. The first night we had to stay in an other room as the original room we booked was not available. Although we received a free breakfast for two as compensation (which we thought was a nice gesture), the room was a dissapointment because the room and bed where very small and the airco from this room could only be adjusted by lending the remote control from the reception (and bringing it back). I forgot one small necklace (yellow line and orange stone) at the room (checking out Feb.23 morning in a hurry). Phoned. they answered not find. I confirmed and i wrote a e-mail to ask again on Feb.24 (Peking time). No answer yet.The road the hotel was on was very noisy 24 hrs a day, but it is a centrally situated hotel. We chose not to eat breakfast in the hotel as it was cheaper to visit a nearby cafe which gave a greater choice of food. (By the way re: Q4 I don't feel I can lie and say we are a young couple but neither would I describe us as mature! Don't you have a inbetween option?. the eleevator. The lift was the smallest I've ever seen- no more than 2 people can use it without their suitcases and only 1 person can use it if he has a suitcase. The 3rd bed in the Triple room was very uncomfortable. The room was very small and dark. No explanation about the air conditioning.in the end you needed aremote. The service was awful, the staff was not professional at all, and treated us with what I'd call contempt. I will not go back to this Hotel and definitely don't recommend this hotel. There are plenty of similar Hotels in this location with much better service at the front desk. Only 1 advice if you want to enjoy the trip to Paris.. Keep looking.The staffs were antipathetic. The hotel was not what we expect to. The room (Deluxe room) was very very small, we didn't have space even to put our two lugages. The location is ok.
