We had an apartments on the first floor - it was big enough even for 3 guests. It was really like-home stay. Very cozy, nice, clean and comfortable. All the staff was really friendly and ready to help. Very efficient organised staff. Compact but extremely well furnished with high end fixtures and fittings. Quirky and quaint near to lovely restaurants tube station and on the tour bus orange route.

Nothing. Our apartment bedroom required maintenance to the bottom of the wall due to mould, which was unfortunate. The staff assured me it was to be fixed in due course. Nothing. The room was really small. It was hard to open my suitcase. The metro is not close. Horrible smell from bathroom. Terrible noise from the adjacent building, which is under construction (08:00 till~17:00) 600m away from nearest metro station. Stairs to get to apartment, should of been advised Shower- water would go extreme hot to extreme cold. The apartments are tiny. When the sofa bed is open it touches the opposite wall. It was too cramped for a family to stay. The pictures on the website do not reflect the size of the apartments (they are images of the actual apartments but taken in a way that does not convey actual size). Too small For the money and very noisy For some works. Room was cold. Room design was terrible. They gave us the "modified penthouse". And there were two big timbers "connecting the walls and the roof" which make the room pretty uncomfortable. There is no door for the bathroom. The bedroom was really too small and the ceiling was too low with angel that you should also take care of your head not to hit it to the roof when you sit on the bed or when you wake up. Room is very little. We arrived with very small children, and received complaints on crying children the very next morning. The hotel is certainly not family friendly. The location is really bad, it is atleast 15 mins walk to any nearby metro station. The Wifi is almoast non existant. The size of the rooms was way too small. We had a sofa bed, and opening it blocked the entrance to the bathroom, and there was no space left to keep our suitcase. The hotel is not cheap either.
