The hotel was amazing and very central. Location is excellent. Within walking distance to all the sites.The staff were lovely and so helpful. Our room was a little small but so clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and have recommended it to friends and family. It was a wonderful trip to Paris the staff were very helpfull and the hotel has an excellent location and the services were excellent in the hotel also. When I go back I will be staying there again.

The breakfast was way too expensive (27 euros) and so was the panoramic bar of the hotel.everithing was perfect. only french channel in TV. The thermostat was certainly not working very well as it was impossible to have luke warm water. Water in the shower was either really hot near to burning my skin or cold... Breakfast rather expensive extra at €27. inside the hotel very expensive drinks and food. one drink 17-22EUR. Your food prices in the restaurants were too high even in comparision to the local excellent restaurants where we ate. Yes - there were cigarette burns on the carpet of the room - we stayed in a non-smoking room.The restaurants and bars were a bit too expensive. Room was a bit small (i got the double) If you're going to stay here go all out and spend that extra bit for a suite. My bed was 2 twins side by side....my husband and I were fighting to stay out of the middle where we would sink in. It's hard to use iron machine. Ordinary iron preferred.The internet was slow, and mails with attachment could not be sent. small room and very high beds.the decor/the walls in the rooms are not clean/and the towel are old and usable. We got a promo room. The room was situated in a floor that had construction going on. The floor of the hallway of the floor was a bit dusty and you could hear the pounding when you wake up. However, the noise was not bothersome enough to wake us up. Also, the bath tub was damaged...part of it was mssing on both sides. Luckily, it did not cause water to spill whan we showered.They are not supplying anything other than shampoo; no slippers, no bathrobes or shower gel. It is impossible to reach the hotel manager hwn you want to request something and the fact that we cannot obtain invoices during our stay (before it is over) made my life really hard. Some problems in the bidet fixture. Not draining.I booked a double room and got a twin and I dont think the room wasworth what I was charged for. Also you have to pay to use theswimming pool. drinks at the bar are way to expensive. The housekeeping services left a dirty blue towel in our room.
